range of athletes and their goals. Each session may be used to target a
desired skill or discipline. These sessions are tailored with specific
objectives for athletes who may or may not be following a structured

Many of our clients are amazed at how much better they ride after a bike
fitting session. They find themselves more comfortable and more powerful
on the bike. Bike fittings are not just for the elite cyclist or triathlete who
competes. Quite the contrary, if you ride you should have a professional fit
done. Improper saddle height, or tilt can create annoying little pains each
and every time you ride. The following is a short list of indications that your
position should be checked by a professional fitter:

Our Training Plan rates begin at only $350.00 per month requiring a
minimum commitment of 3 months. The plans are personalized and
structured with specific goals in mind. The goals may range from weight
management to a race goal event for the year. Furthermore, these plans
are designed specifically for you and your goals after extensive
interviewing and testing. Both Heart Rate based or Power-based programs
are available. ONLINE Coaching available.
|INTRODUCTION TO CYCLING
The most basic and economical class is the Introduction to Cycling. Safety
and fun are on the top of the list of topics covered. Additional topics
covered include but are not limited to:
1. Proper nomenclature of bicycle components
2. How to change a flat tire
3. Proper pedal mechanics
4. Proper positioning
5. Bicycle Maintenance 101
The INTRODUCTION TO CYCLING Class is open to all ages and levels of
experience from beginner to expert.

|The Weekend Warrior
This package includes all of the basic cycling tools given in the
INTRODUCTION TO CYCLING as well as a professional bike fit with time on
the open road. All recreational cyclists should consider the Weekend Warrior Package. Allow
two sessions to complete the following main points.
1. Professional Bike Fitting
2. Introduction to Clipless Pedals
3. Road safety class
4. Introduction to group riding
5. Introduction to paceline riding techniques
6. Introduction to Climbing Techniques
The Weekend Warrior is open to all ages and experience levels. It is
designed for cyclists who possess the fundamentals of cycling and wish to
raise their level of competency on the bike.

This package includes all the services from the above packages with the
additional service below.
1. Power Based test performed before and after bike fitting.
1. VO2 Max test performed in lab conditions.
2. Field Power Test performed during Time Trial Test.
